Cons: "Very narrow seats with very very limited leg room. I’m only 5’4” tall and had no leg room. My sister is lima’11” and had leg cramps from the 4.5 hour flight because of the lack of leg room. Probably time to replace this plane."

Cons: "The plane aisle is a bit tight and cramp and it is hard to move around. The chair in economy is not very comfortable very sturdy lack of cushion and back support. Leg room is ok, not as roomy as the flight from SFO to South Korea. When we boarded there was a strong smell burning fumes from the A.C. (air condition) that trigger my asthma and landed in Cebu very ill with asthma and allergy."

Cons: "Check In process at Seoul Counter. the check-in was stressful. the ground staffs insist on using Check-in Kiosks provided even when it was not working as it should be. Ended up being bounced from one staff to another."
Pros: "cleanliness is very important to me, the constant tidiness esp. near the business group seat is wonderful i would fly Korean Air again because the planes are new. For future reference, how i wish they have domestic flights as well. Good luck to your continued good service."

Pros: "Bibimbap not available. Crew checked in our carry-on despite having space above our seats (Carry-on was not checked in during Chicago to Seoul trip). Unresponsive entertainment system. If this was only a ICN - MNL flight this is overpriced since it feels like a budget airline."

Cons: "China Air was alright. Just didn't like the whole running around the airport trying to figure out what counter to go to. Also I am not a big fan of getting transported via bus from terminal to plane"
Pros: "I paid a fair price and got very good service. Seeing there were only middle seats available, the person at the check-in counter gave me the option of an exit row seat with lots of leg room. Slippers, toothbrush, blankets and pillows for everyone, nice meals with Korean and Western options. Wine with dinner. Two checked bag allowance included for American bound flights. The service held up to its reputation as excellent, and the flight attendants are friendly and helpful."
Cons: "The plane only had two bathrooms for the entire economy class. The in-flight movie selection was terrible (although everyone on the plane had their own screen)"

Cons: "Uncomfortable seating in economy, difficult to make it through aisles due to narrow width. Back ache on this long flight. Bathrooms don't seem to be enough for number of people on this flight. Arrival time is a bit late. Very bumpy flight at 10K."
Pros: "Overall, the flight back from Seoul to Atlanta was better than our previous experience. At least this time the flight attendants were more attentive and prompt to ask if you need anything. Entertainment was good and so were the meals. I appreciate the two meals and beverages."
Cons: "Seats are just uncomfortable (not enough cushion and no back support) and the little extra space is not noticeable after so many hours sitting in a long flight such as this one. The lavatories could use a cleaning sometime along the flight. Our flight was packed so after so many people using them, they were not looking or smelling their best. Tickets are expensive. It was also warm most of the time."
